HAMBURG COOKING INSTRUCTION:
1. If using a Saute Pan or Griddle (preferably Cast Iron): Heat the oil in the pan or griddle over high heat until the oil begins to shimmer.
2. Cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each sides until golden brown.
3. Pour the Hayashi (Demi Glace Sauce) and bring it to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer the sauce until it reduces in half.
5. Season with salt & pepper as desired.
6. Serve it with your favorite sides.
